How is the production time?
Normally for regular dental unit products, such as samples 1-2pcs, production time around 7 workdays, 20pcs for 20’ft GP container, around 15 workdays, 40pcs for 40’HQ container around 20 workdays after payment; If you have customizing part for our dental unit, it needs to calculate it according to the salesperson in details.
What is your company's payment term and price term
Payment term : T/T, or 50% T/T,50% LC at sight,or 100% LC at sight.
What's the Warranty & After-sales for dental chair?
We provide one year warranty for dental unit/dental chair,if there is any problems during the warranty,we will provide you the free part to repair. Every after-sales problems will be recorded in our systems, and every month have a quality meeting to proposed and solved in the shortest time.
